Promoter's Profile
Mr.V.M.Mehta (B.E. Civil, A.M.I.E., USA), a visionary and technocrat, laid foundation of Kaps Engineers in 1965 with a simple vision "Import substitution through excellence" after enough exposure to Mumbai based blue-chip organizations. The same vision has become the mission of Kaps Engineers.

Since 1971, Mr.Anil Mehta, BE. (Mech.) and Mr. Mahesh Mehta, BE (Mech.)& M.S.(Operations Research), USA - sons of Mr.V.M.Mehta, have taken over the charges of operations of Kaps Engineers.

M/s. Batliboi & Company Ltd., having 16 Branch Offices all over India were our sole selling agents till 1992. In order to increase the market share and direct contact with our valued customers for understanding their needs, extend after sales supports, Kaps has taken up direct marketing activities since 1992. The products are marketed under the brand name "VM". Marketing activities of VM products are being supported by a network of Marketing Associates appointed all over India and Abroad.
